  • Condition: Send the pouches back — even if they're empty.

2. Returns

Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items: We're unable to accept returns on custom orders or items marked as final sale — unless they arrived damaged or defective.
